Door grommet

These grommets are used to protect the wiring in doors and back covers of cars and trucks. We produce these from EPDM rubber using IM-technology. Their complex shape means that we had to engineer an ingenious core ejection system for discharging parts from the mould.

With decades of mould design and production technology experience behind us, this was something we could handle quite easily.
